One of Mom's favorite verses is Absent from the body, present with the Lord. Although we will miss his infectious smile; his wit; and the wonderful story-filled sermons that always carried a couple "Are you listening?" questions to bring attention to the importance of what he was preaching, we know he is enjoying eternal life.
