I am shocked and saddened to hear of the death of Dr. King. He was a nice man who hosted an event in 2014 at which I was able to thank the first responders and medical staff who saved my life after an accident in 2013. A tree has been planted in in his memory. The certificate should be delivered to the hospital in 5 to 10 days. May HaShem comfort the grieving, and may his memory forever be a blessing and an inspiration to humanity.
