Not sure what to say?

On July 22nd, Ruby Storrer died in Marysville, Washington. She was 87 years old. Ten days later her husband, Curly Storrer also died there. He was 92 years old. They were living with, and being cared for, by their youngest daughter, Joy Griffith, and her husband Garry

Although they were in Washington the last few years of their life, other than that, their life had been spent together in Fort Worth, Texas. Curly was a switchman and yard master for the MKT Railroad until he...

Brother Cloyd & Ruby. How I miss you and all our good times together. We were very close and I hope it won't be too long before I join you and all my loved one. Ella

Papa was a very special man, and such an encouragement to me as a man, a husband, a father, and hopefully one day a grandfather. I have so many positive memories of him, as he was such a joy to be around. The Christmas Story, home movies, barbecued chicken, dominoes, and a comfortable chair will always mean "Papa" to me.

Papa was my grandfather by marriage, but was the only grandfather I knew, so I claimed him as my own. One of our first traditions as a new family was to read the Christmas story on Christmas eve, a tradition we adopted from Papa and still do 17 years later. We love and miss you papa, but know you would have never been as happy as you are right now had you not been called home to be with both loves of your life, Mema and Jesus.

Uncle Cloyd was a very secial person and the greatest Uncle a person could have. Will always remember the special summers when they came to Co. and took us girls to Denver with them and all the specials places they took us, Both him and Aunt Ruby will be greatly missed by all. Love Shirley and Milo

Uncle Cloyd was a special uncle with his great sence of humor to his kind heart, I am sorry for your pain but want you all to know we care and you are in our prayers. Love Linda and Bill Swanson

Curly is in the house of God with his dear wife and he knows great joy. That doesn't mean that our hearts are not heavy for his going and his memory will always be in our hearts.

Curley was my brother in law. I loved him like a brother and will
miss him and Ruby alot.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
