John was a wonderful and caring man! He married my husband and me in 1972, using the Swedish sermon from his own marriage to Lois. When my father passed in 2013, John wanted to be sure to tell at his funeral about the frequent rides around Princeton with my dad and how my father was one of two people he could always get an honest answer. Several times in my past people have asked me who was the most influential person in my life. My wife past away in 2018 and John was there. During Covid, with Lois isolated in a care facility and the community in "lock down" for the winter, John and I would meet in the E.C.
