Not sure what to say?

Cade Adkins was one of the best things to happen to Waltrip high-school, he was an angel. For so many who didn´t believe in themselves, he believed plenty. Mr. Adkins truly made the classroom feel much bigger and more opportunistic every time he was there. He went above and beyond and it was obvious he wanted to impact his pupils and help them more then a single class period made possible. His efforts as a teacher and a person will continue to live on and flourish forever in the memory of him...

Not a day goes by that I don't think about Cade, or as I knew him, Mr. Adkins. I will never forget his passion for the things he taught, I will never forget how great he was inside that classroom, and I will never forget how great and kind he was outside of the classroom.

You are in my heart everyday my Son just as you were while here on earth!! I miss you so much it hurts my heart I have no choice but to believe you are in Heaven with God and Jesus and Mary and all the Saints. I´ve had some pretty heated arguments with God about your passing my Darling if I had only known how much you must have been hurting I would have told you wait these things will pass away but you are so still needed by me your brother and most of all your Children. Your Father is now...

Cade was one of the finest young men I ever met. He left us way to early.

Thanks for being the hero I needed.

I miss you my wonderful Son. You were a gift from God and I am grateful to Him that I was your Mother for the time you were here. You will always be in my heart and constantly in my thoughts. I was truly Blessed to have two of the Best Men I ever knew as my Sons. Mom

My sympathy goes out to Cade's family as they grapple with his untimely loss. I did not know Cade well, but at our 10 year Cypress Falls reunion, he remembered who I was and we chatted a bit. It made me happy to know that someone who was so much "cooler" than I was in high school recognized me, a dedicated bookworm. It was a small exchange, but one that brightened my day and earned a spot in my memory. Thank you, Cade.
