CONNOLLY CAITLIN on Dec. 20, 2015. At age 25, after her long courageous battle. Loving daughter of John and the late Susan. Caitlin has always longed to be reunited with her mother. She is also survived by her dear sister Nicole, cherished brothers John and Shane, and by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thank you to all of the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff from all of the hospitals for their care and support, especially the Childrens' Hospital of Philadelphia. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday Dec. 23rd from 6-7:30 PM at the McCafferty-Sweeney Funeral Home 6126 Torresdale Avenue. Funeral Service will begin 7:30 PM. Cait was such a beautiful person even through out her sickest times. What a strong fighter she was. She is now happy where she is, and out of pain and suffering. My continued prayers are with the whole family during this time.
