Not sure what to say?

I met Cal in about 2011, and he was a bundle of energy, stories, enthusiasm and light. He loved being part of the Mudcats, and would share stories about baseball, his kids, and his life in medicine which he loved. We didn't always agree on everything, but his life was one that was devoted to his family, patients, and his community which I know he loved and cared about deeply. I just ran into someone from Chillicothe, and said, Hey I know someone from there...and that's when I learned he...

Sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Cal growing up in Detroit Lakes, Mn, and was always honored to be his friend. After Graduation and both of us moving away, it was always fun to reminisce at reunions of the fun over the years. Once again, sorry from the Utecht Family and "the Old Red Hen".

You were a blessing in so many peoples' lives but you were also a friend, dad and grandpa and those roles were even more important. Praying for your family. You will never be forgotten. You have hope and healing to so many. Special hugs to Heather. Praying for you, my friend.

My memories of Cal are ones of a deeply caring and concerned physician with a warm friendly bedside manner. He always spoke with his patients and their families and made them feel like he had time for them. He had a vast knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical and research topics; and if he didn't know, he would find out! Prayers of comfort for his children and their families.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sorry for your loss.

I can't begin to say how sorry I am to hear that Dr Greenlaw is gone. What a loss to all of us! I worked with him at Hedrick and I can honestly say that I never met a more dedicated person. He was great to work with. I learned a LOT from him and he was always happy to teach me what I didn't know. He also made stressful situations easier and at times, fun. He had a great sense of humor and was the first one to be in on a joke. His patients loved him and he was very caring and...

Praying for this family during this difficult time. I have many fond memories as a little girl with the Greenlaw family and Dr. Greenlaw. He was a good man, doctor and he will be missed. I remember his laugh and smile like yesterday. There are many fond memories as growing up as a doctor's daughter in Hedrick medical center and spending time with the Greenlaw family. I am so sorry. I have praying your family and will continue to do so.

Dr Greenlaw was the MOST devoted compassionate physician I've had the privilege to work with in my 40 year nursing career. His zest toward life , sense of humor - yet genuine care and compassion he showed to each of his patients are fond memories I will carry with me forever. RIP My Friend. So many lives he touched. So many praying for him and his family at this difficult time.

Words can not express how special Dr. Greenlaw was to me. As my family doctor, he went above & beyond to get me diagnosed & proper treatment when I contracted Lyme Disease in 1991. He bravely became the pioneer of this little known disease at that time, often putting himself on the line, & worked diligently in helping many afflicted with Lyme Disease during a controversial time of the existence of Lyme Disease in Missouri. I will forever be grateful for all Dr. Greenlaw did for myself & all...
