I will never forget Cal and will always miss him. A great friend. And working under him , he always demanded the best from me. He made a difference and made those around him better.

My sincerest regrets in hearing of your loss. I knew Cal through Exercise Equipment Center. Cal always had an upbeat attitude and was very outgoing. He had an encourging word for me. I know he will be missed.

I too had lost contact with Cal a couple of years after I left Exercise Equipment Center. I still tell my children, many co-workers and others about this powerful man. I loved to workout and seeing Cal you knew the GREAT DEDICATION he had and that it was far above the rest of us, I always admired him for all this dedication. Cal was one of those guys who could tackle anything and do it with gusto. In 1995 when there were many difficulties in my life Cal was there with his encouragement and...

We have lost a good friend. While we worked together at EEC we were friends, not close, but friends. During the two year period 2000-2002, after both of us had left EEC, and in 2 hour increments, we formed an even better friendship. Cal had gotten married in 1999 and he always wanted to talk about his new family. Always something happening in his life. Always in motion. Cal was often confrontational, he would challenge you, but he couldn’t wait to hear what you had to offer. After I...

My Dad is and will always be my true hero. He had a way of touching peoples lives and hearts that no one will ever be able to duplicate. My Dad was a great man. The world will certainly not be as bright without him. I know as a child growing up that I wanted to be just like my Dad. As i grew into my own man I realized that i chose a tough act to follow. I have never known any one in my life that is as strong and passionate as my Dad. He is truely a blessing to us all. I dont know what i am...

The first time I met Cal I was applying for a job, like Dan Conner, with Exercise Equipment Company when Cal was the regional manager. Like Dan I remember the big hands, big smile and big presence. Cal and I hit it off immediatly and I was hired within 5 minutes. Cal wasted no time making a decision when he thought it was right. We talked for a while and learned that we shared a wrestling background. As I was leaving the interview excited about my new job Cal shook my hand and suggested that...
