Over the years I have witnessed advancements in technology i.e. manual machining to CNC, board drafting to ACAD and manual welding to robotics. As I think back there are very few of us left that are considered machinist. I ALSO WAS FORTUNATE TO HAVE YOUR FATHER AS MY APPRENTICE INSTRUCTOR IN THE EARLY 80'S. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HE WILL BE MISSED BY US OLD TIMERS HERE IN SHOP 31.

In the mid 70's I was fortunate enough to have your father as an machinist apprentice supervisor. Mr. Bain taught not only me but numerous others proper machining techniques that we still carry today. Your father always had a smile and great advice for many that has continued to stay with us through the years.
