Mr. Bishop was one of my favorite professors at MSU. He was kind, caring and fun. I will never forget my first class with him - Intro to LA and he asked did we know how to use a scale...this MS girl did not even know what a scale was...thank you for sharing him with us. Wishing you peace as you travel through this loss.

Dear Bishop Family,
My sincere condolences to all of you. I know it is comforting to each of you to have had such a fine, kind man in your lives. He was admired by many, friendly to all, and a contributing member to society. I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to have known him. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and found humor in many things! It was great to see him laugh. You couldn't help but laugh with him!
May God bless each of you with comfort...

Calvin was my first employer as a landscape architect. He was a true southern gentleman and a much appreciated mentor.
