Not sure what to say?

From the Class of 1957 Hereford High School, please know that we are saddened to learn of Calvin's passing. We knew him because of his wife Janet being in our Class. Throughout high school many of us were friends with both of them and enjoyed seeing them at several Reunions. Our sincere sympathy to dear classmate Janet and all the family.
HHS '57 Secretary, Ruthie Miller Moore

Our love and sympathy to Janet and family. Calvin and Janet provided so many good memories and support to the Villages of Clearwater. We were blessed to have them as our neighbors on North Hampton Circle.

My condolences to the Cole family. He was a unique and wonderful human being who could relate to all people. He always had the right words for every situation. Thanks to him for bringing us back to the church.

To the Cole Family, Condolences to the entire Family, may your faith in God comfort you during this time of sorrow. I named my youngest son after Pastor Cole as we were very fond of all of you as a family and shared your loss of Kevin when Dad was still Pastor of Trinity. I still cherish the times we spent together at Trinity. Blessings to all of you.
Sincerely, Roger A. Estep & Family.

Chappie Cole, as my husband Nick knew him in the Guard, was a generous and caring man. When Nick and I decided to marry, Rev Cole was more than happy to marry us. We later came to know Cal and Janet as fellow church members and enjoyed the time we shared at our church. Janet, you are in our thoughts and prayers as you and your family grieve.

Our condolences to Janet and all the family of Cal. We were privileged to share a friendship with Cal and Janet when they lived in Bethany.
Cal's struggles are over and he is now in the arms of our Lord in eternal peace and rest. Well deserved!
God bless all,

So many good memories of Pastor Cole. When he selflessly drove to New York to be with my family while my dad had surgery. Being at York Hospital the night my dad was fading, comforting and praying with us. My wedding and the wonderful homily he delivered. Many summers visiting with him and Janet over hardshells in Bethany. He was a truly wonderful man of God. Prayers for Janet and family. Thank you for sharing him with us. May God comfort you all at this time.

We send our love and sympathy to the family of Rev.Dr. Calvin Cole. We worked with many pastors over the years, and with him at Grace Church, State Street, Harrisburg. Rev. Cole had a wonderful ability to unite people and bring them together. We are thankful for the great privilege of working with him for eleven years as organist/choir master.
