When your father was a Visiting Pastor at Calvary Church, he visited my husband and I before my scheduled surgery. We were both so thankful for his comforting words and prayer time with us. Our memories are sweet of times past with Uncle Calvin and Aunt Eileen... I think I am a voracious reader today because of your Mom's reading to me! Your dad was always sweet and encouraging to me...his reading of the poem, "Miss Me, But Let Me Go" at both Mom's and at our Pop's funeral...was just right.
