Dear Larry, and Lee Gaither,
I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I still remember the wonderful times we had together when we were boys many years ago at school, the times I invited the both of you to come down to visit me, and also the very nice visits when I also came to see the both of you, and getting acquainted with your parents. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Your Friend Always,

A gentleman. Always with a smile on his face and a warm greeting. I will miss seeing Mr. Gaither in my pacemaker clinic. Some become very special and Calvin was one of my "specials".
