Not sure what to say?

It has taken some time to bring myself to leave this message primarily due to the disbelief I will never hear Calvin's voice or laughter again. He was a true friend who was always there when I needed help with anything from working on my car to moving boxes to moving furniture. We spent most of the time laughing so hard, we forgot how much work we had to do. "Dog Pound" was the name I called him and we talked on the phone almost everyday and he would have me cracking my sides laughing...

Stacy,

I'm truly shocked at the sad news. May GOD comfort you and yours during your time of sorrow and always. Calvin was a real cool guy.

Calvin, Jr.

My deepest sympathy is extended to you and the entire Holmes family. May you find strength in knowing that others care and are praying for you. Take comfort in the precious memories of the times you have shared -- the laughter, the tears, the love. Know always that your father is but a memory away and that he will forever be in your heart.

"Sorrow is for the moment but love lasts forever. Earth hath no sorrow that heaven cannot heal." --Moore
