Calvin E. Hutchison

Cal was a special friend, who made others feel like they were special. He nourished me many days with his faith in the Lord and mentored many of us. He always made time to have a conversation with you, or offer his hand in recognition or smile and speak a word or two when he passed by. As an employee of Grand Blanc Township, I saw a man who was truly dedicated to making a better place to live in this community, going as far to even give his closing hours to make sure that things were taken...

I worked with Cal for many years at the Flint terminal. We went on our golfing trips up north to Sugarloaf for a lot of years. Cal will be sorely missed by all. I know that he was an active member of the Grand Blanc community. He gave of himself for all of those around him.

So sorry to hear about Cal's passing. He is now with his Lord. As the days go by we loose our old friends. May the Lord bless all the family in this time of there sorrow.
