1933 ~ 2013"There is no place like home!" That has been my motto for most of my adult life. Home is wherever my wonderful wife, Judy, resides - for she has made my life heavenly! I love her, and even in my last weeks at home I tried to show my love to her by being a grateful patient while she...

Not sure what to say?

I love you , Dad....seen some fun videos of your life this week. Reading a story to all the kids at Christmas. Visiting my little, tiny boy when he was brand new at the hospital... It was good to see you again...thanks for the visit...

My dad has been on my mind a lot this past week. And I have been treated to 2 special gifts, tender mercies, this weekend... I looked in a scrapbook from 1994 with my oldest son, and found a letter I had forgotten about from my dad to my husband and I. What beautiful words of wisdom he wrote for us! Second, I remembered that my dad sang "I Love You Truly" at my wedding luncheon and thought it was recorded...it was! What a marvelous moment to watch and listen to him sing and my mom play her...

Was so sorry to hear about Calvin. We usually only saw one another at a family function, but he was great to speak with and had a gracious personality. It was easy to like his face and smile. Like Terry wrote, I hope he and MarJean are having a great reunion--and with the babies too. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Judy....my sincere condolences on Calvin's passing. I, too, remember him as the "librarian" who you were so lucky to have caught! LOL I understand that you have been honing your nursing knowledge for the pass little while. I suppose this is happening to so many of our nursing acquaintances right now. We were blessed to be a part of that profession and are still blessed to be able to still use our talents. My love to you and your family! June

Dear Jenkins Family, I'm so sorry about your loss. He will missed,he was a great man, and grandfather to little Mark. As hard as this time may be , I hope it brings peace to know he's back with our Heavenly Father. Your such a strong women,Judy and are very loved. Your in our my prayers

Dear Judy and family,

We are saddened to lose Cal, but grateful that he is no longer suffering. Your family has been a great inspiration to us for as long as we have known you. It was hard to leave for our mission 2 weeks ago knowing that we would not see him again. Lorin has always felt especially close to Calvin since they share the same birthday, and he loved the visual aids and object lessons he used whenever he taught a lesson. Our love to you, Judy! You have selflessly loved...

The world lost a great man. I am grateful for the wonderful example he was to me growing up. He was always there to help, support and kindly help raise my sisters and I. Godspeed Cal!
