Calvin H. Luetjen

Sad to hear of Mr. Luetjen's passing.
He was my dad's attorney for many years.
He will be sorely missed. He was a good man. My deepest sympathy.

I will miss Cal; he was a good and honorable man, an exemplary Rotarian, and a friend. My sympathies go out to Alice and his family.

I was honored to meet and get to know Cal through East Portland Rotary. He was always warm and friendly to me. We had a number of connections, despite our age difference. My father was also born in North Dakota, leaving during the Depression. My mother-in-law also graduated from the University of Montana, she in pharmacy. I am a lawyer and a member of the Montana State Bar; we enjoyed talking about the practice of law and practicing in Montana. I was respectful of the time he took with...

Cal was a perfect gentleman and an advisor who always saw the wise side of things. He will be sorely missed as a friend and as a fellow East Portland Rotarian. Our sympathies to the Luetjen family.
