My sincere condolences for the loss of Calvin to his family and friends. Calvin and I participated in track and field in the Fresno area while we were in high school. Calvin and I met for the first time during track practice the Fall of 1967 at Fresno City College. Later I had the pleasure of meeting Calvin's family. I really enjoyed working with Calvin for a few years before he retired. We would talk about our kids and about books we had enjoyed reading. He loved his wife and loved being the father of his son, Keenan. He will be missed.
