Read MoreI feel fortunate to have been friends with Calvin. He was truly a kind person and the epitome of one with the spirit of life. Not many really light up a room with their presence, but Calvin did. It was always a pleasure to work with him and his love of the zoo animals, especially the cougars, was infectious. Calvin, I miss you and will always keep you in my memories.

Calvin was one of my favorite people. We worked together at Cascade Athletic Club. He was one of the hardest workers I have ever met, even when he was in pain. He loved everyone at the club, encouraged, joked, loved seeing my kids and he gave the best hugs. You always felt special when he was around. He will truly be missed.
