We didn't know Cameron but as friends of his grandmother, Cathy, we have followed the story of his journey and we are so very sad that in this life, it has come to an end. How proud you must be of his strength and courage. He is truly an inspiration to us all. Our heartfelt sympathy to you all for your loss.
