Cameron or as I call him "Dad." I have many memories with him, although I wish I could say I still am making more. He cared greatly about everyone around him, especially his children. As one of them he taught me a lot, about life and death, kindness, and "how to be a man." During that time he was part of our holidays, celebrations and vacations, and we proudly applauded his amazing success as a medical student, resident and highly trained physician. Unfortunately the difficulties of life moved him away from us, and even more so now that despite all his success, he had so little time to enjoy it. He lost his life when only half over and with it the opportunity to see his children grow through...

My dear Cameron, with whom I shared an intense roller coaster ride for 28 years. Together we had three wonderful children: Bjaka. Lucas and Sasja. Cameron valued most of all his children and his work. We will honor your memory and I will cherish the children that you hold dear.
