Camilla Madeline Spinelli, 81  of Gustine passed away Monday at Valley Comfort in Modesto.
Mrs. Spinelli was born in Gustine, CA and was a lifelong resident of the Westside. She was a Homemaker for 60 years and also worked for the Gustine Unified School District as a School Bus Driver for over 20 years. She was a member of the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine, Our Lady of Miracles Society , Catholic Daughters, YLI  and was a Eucharistic Minister for the shut ins and elderly. She enjoyed painting ceramics, crocheting and was a very talented seamstress. She belonged to a sewing club,had a keen sense of numbers and enjoyed word scrambles and loved to cook.
Mrs. Spinelli is survived by her  daughters, Kathy Amarante (Ron) of Modesto, Marsha Freitas (Stan) of Los Banos, Antoinette "Toni" Tyree (Steve) of Amity, OR, Marti Knapp (Mark) of Turlock; 12 grandchildren, Lance, Rhonda, Erica, Lane, Tasha, Jill, Zach, Nic, Mitch, Eric, Chris and Kelli; 9 great grandchildren, Chase, Jack, Drew, Kate, Mia, Ben, Lily, Luke and Nicolas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Spinelli; son, Jack Spinelli; parents, John and Camilla Rocha; two brothers and two sisters.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Sunday, May 19th followed by a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Gustine. A second visitation will be held from 8:30 to 9:45 am, Monday, May 20th at Hillview Funeral Chapel in Gustine followed by a Funeral Mass Service at 10:00 am at the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine. Interment to follow at Hills Ferry Cemetery in Newman.
