Not sure what to say?

Candy was a high school friend. I am so sad about her passing. I send deepest condolences to her family. I remember her at our reunion 7 years ago. Her smile still brightened my life and her warmth still radiated. Her giggle was infectious. I am glad she had the love of having children and grandchildren. Sue Powell, WEHS, 1964

There are no words to express how sad I am that Candy is not with us anymore, but her strong spirit will live on in my heart and I suspect many others until we join her in Heaven. When I think of her, which is often, I see a smile and a beautiful face. I loved her. Rich and Susan, I am so sorry that you lost your best friend. I wish I could do something to help, but I know that this is a thing that each person must deal with in their own way in their own time. Rest in Peace Candy!

A bigger heart and grander smile shall always my memory be. Never shall I forget how you always blessed and helped me see, that beauty all around of selfless friendship that is thee.

God Bless You Candy, you are missed.

As their relationship progressed, we had more than a few laughs over the way the wedding announcement would be worded! We lost touch after Candy and Rich married, but occasionally would run into...

Rest Peacefully Candy! You will be missed!

Dear Susan, David, and Rich. Candy was a second mother to me most of my childhood and I have such fond memories of our time together. I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure she put up a heck of a fight during her illness. Her love and laughter will be greatly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her. My thoughts, prayers, and love are with you always.

Our deepest condolences are with you, Candy's family and friends. What a unique, funny, strong and high-spirited woman! I hope you find peace knowing how much she affected those around her. Much love and prayers, Tyler and Jeff Winkler

Our thoughts and prayers go out to such a great family. We will forever keep Candy in our hearts. May god always bless Candy and her wonderful family.

Rest in peace sweet lady. So glad I had a chance to have you in my life. Love & miss you.
