Cappy Sheeley

I hope this note finds you, Sandii, my name is Richard Upper and I grew up in the upstairs unit of 1975 Makiki. My parents where good friends of the Sheeley's back in the Day. I´m so sorry to hear of my old friend passing. Everything that´s been written about him is accurate. I´m sorry for all of his family´s loss. Selfishly I´m very sad too. We all seem to lose the best first. Thank you Cappy for always making me feel worthy !
