Dear Mrs. Anderson, Carleen, Mark and family of Carl E. Anderson Jr.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to all of you. Mr. Anderson was a very nice man and always very kind to me.

I grew up in Hope and saw him often. Because I lived behind the police station, the cars would always drive by going to and from the station. (It is blocked off now) He would always wave and sometimes stop to see how thing were going with us children in the neighborhood.

I am sorry for your loss. As a former member of the Foster Police Dept. I have had the pleasure of working with Carl on several occasions. He was an outstanding police officer and will surely be missed.

Carl was a good friend of mine and many other people. God Bless Gertrude and his wonderful family.
He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
