Not sure what to say?

I have incredibly fond memories of working with Carl when I was a rookie at Merrill Lynch. His great sense of humor and incredible capacity for fun and friendship were a bright spot in my early career. I´ll never forget piling into the back of his Cadillac with the troops for a fun meal at the Varsity. What a guy! I´ll always miss him. May God bless him and his family. Sincerely, Hunter Groton

My heart is saddened to learn of Carl's passing. He was a dear friend over many years from our work together at Grator Gator in Florida to the visits with family. My sincere sympathy to Bonna, his children and sister Joy, along with my prayers for God's comfort and strength in the weeks to follow. I will await our meeting again in a better place and time. Rest in peace, my friend.

My prayers go out to Carl's family. I am so grateful for the wonderful memories of our Saturday morning breakfast meeting. Carl filled us with an abundance of his love and knowledge. I will pray for the repose of his soul. Safe journey home my friend. Deacon Don

Carl was the best of the best and we miss him.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Aven family in this time of grief. May the memories shared help you cope through this difficult time.
