Carl F. Biggs

Carl Biggs passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. Funeral: At his request, there will be no services. Carl was a Navy veteran of World War II and a retired AT&T employee. Survivors: Wife, Barbara; son, Steven Biggs; daughter, Carla Jean Wood; and grandson, Monty Miller.
