Carl was my next door neighbor for 13 years. We went through a lot together over the years and Carl was always there for me. Carl was there to help anybody even if he didn't know them but they needed help. Truly a genuine person. He even saved the life of a woman in our neighborhood when her house caught fire. Rest in peace my friend your memory will live on in our stories and laughter
