Not sure what to say?

Carl you are not forgotten. Rick and I spoke and prayed for the repose of your soul often. You were a great inspiration to both of us. We were blessed to have had you in our Parish and our lives. Definitely missed very much!

To a very nice friend May god blees him in every way. May he rest

I first met Carl in 1972 when I came to work in the Central Region Office of the Department of Public Welfare. He was the Labor Relations Coordinator. We worked through the 1976 Johnstown Flood, employee strikes, and other crises. Carl was one of 19 friends on my Potter Co. cabin work crew on Flag Day weekend in June, 1976. In fact, I can still see him sitting on the very top of the roof trusses to nail them in place as the sun was going down on our first work day.
Carl was funny,...

To the boyle family,my sincere sympathy at this time of sorrow.May he rest in peace.

The first time I remember Carl was as our CCD teacher. He had such a calming personality. When the children would get out of hand he wouldn't get over-heated. He was simply say "cool it". He had a special way with the youngsters and will be missed.

It is in deep sorrow that I write these words, Carl was very unique - he knew how to make me feel loved and important. He could tell by the look on your face if you needed his unique hug and asked, are you okay now, you 'POOP'. He will certainly be missed, and I am hoping, with Gods help and Carls, to be able to carry on one of his loving traits. May God help his whole family and give them the support they will me needing, and if they want any additional help, call, we will always be...

I thanked God today for being touched by the life of Carl Boyle. Carl seemed to maintain an inner sense that was truly in union with God. This unity brought a sense of peace and joy that was not easily disturbed by external circumstance. May we hold his presence close to us and use the energy that will miss him so much towards prayer and transformation of our lives so that we too, may know God in ourselves and others and face each day and each person with loving cheerfulness.

I became aquainted with Carl many years ago when I worked at Abbey Inspirations, then continued our friendship when I worked for The Catholic Shop.
Carl was a very special man with a deep love for Catholicism. He had a great vision of sharing his Faith with everyone he met.
My sincerest sympathy to his family and friends. I will miss him.
