Carl Lynn Burrough

Carl was such a great man. Very much loved and respected. My greatest memory was at Watauga Lake with a group of couples from the Carter County Rescue Squad. Several of us were attempting to water ski for the first time. I think I was pulled all over the lake, but having no luck getting up. Carl said, "forget everything you have been told.
