Carl Courtright

I am Mardane McLemore at HRSD. I worked with Carl during his tenure at HRSD. I was always struck by his kindness, his intelligence, professionalism and good judgement. Julie, I am so sorry to learn of the recent death of your father. What a fantastic gentleman. I remember his kindness and love for your mother when caring for her. He used to speak of you and your brother often. Our thoughts and prayers with you all.
