because I remember him as a great kid(high school),he never said bad about anyone. simply a class act.

Carl was a great friend for over 25 years. We worked together and played a lot of golf. He was always ready with a story that made everyone think and laugh either at the 19th hole or at Lake Duke. He'll be sadly missed. Condolences to Donna and the whole family.

I didn´t know Carl but I knew of him from his basketball playing days at Bishop Gibbons. I believe he played his senior season in 1965 for Don Blaha, who I coached with from 1982-84 when Don returned for a second time. My brother Rick and I played basketball at Gibbons from 1967-1973. We remember those great teams of the 60´s that Carl, Jim Tedisco and Dicky Grubar starred on. They had a great influence on our deciding to go to Gibbons.
