Not sure what to say?

Jeff & Linda:
Your mom and dad were both very special people. My dad, John Newell, had the utmost respect and kind words for both Carl and Ruth. Ruth worked with my mom, Carmela Newell, at the drug store. We also enjoyed seeing you and Carl at Carrow's on Sunday morning. Carl and Ruth are now together again with the Father.

Our sincerest condolences to you and your families. Gloria (Newell) & John Webster and John Newell

To Carl's family: I met Carl at the Carmel HIlls Care Center while my father was a resident this past year. Carl was a kind, caring man and so interesting. He helped to make my father's stay there a good and memorable one. I will remember him with gratitude.

Linda, its been years but I am sorry to hear of your fathers passing.

We do have that great promise that we shall be united

Jeff and Linda,
Our deepest symathy go out to you both. Your family has had a very tough year, and we hope that your mom, dad, and sister are all together guilding and blessing your lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We're so sorry, Linda and Jeff. Your entire family has always meant so much to us. Every time we saw any of you wherever we were you have always made our entire family feel so extra special. We can't say enough about how lucky we have been for all these many 35 years or so to have such super neighbors. Your Dad always greeted us with that great smile that told us he was sincerely happy to see us and said so much about his caring ways - so thoughtful and welcome. Thanks to all of you for...

I was the first of the Routen's that had Mr.Davidson's chemistry class at Seaside High School. Although chemistry was not my favorite subject, Mr.Davidson was my favorite teacher.
At Christmas almost three years ago, my sister Betty, my brother Michael, and I knocked on Mr.Davidson's door and were warmly invited in. We sat and talked and talked. That is a memory I will cherish.

Mr Davidson was not only my chemistry teacher, but also taught 3 of my siblings. He also taught me how to drive. Three years ago 3 of the Routen kids paid him a visit during the Christmas season. We had a wonderful time with his lovely wife and him. We were invited back. It is a memory that I cherish. Mr Davidson was also a wonderful Christian man, who instilled Christian values in those he taught. He taught about respect, honor, and doing the right things.

Sorry to hear of your loss. A very good neighbor and an asset to the neighborhood we've all lost.

With my Condolence,
Gary Cowen

Mr. Davidson was a very devoted teacher when I had him in Seaside High School in the 70s. God Bless his family and everyone who knew him - he will be missed.
