I met Carl when I was 15 years old and he was 17 years old through attending prayer meetings. We started a youth group together. I thought he was my boyfriend, but eventually learned that would never be the case. Lol! But we were good friends for a time. He cut and styled my hair for me, and once dyed my pale eyelashes dark, while in training as a hairdresser.
