The insurance industry will miss a great friend and ambassador. Dick worked tirelessly to promote independent insurance agents and their issues. Dick would tackle a tough issue when many others would walk away. Dick had a great sense of humor. I can remember him standing many times in a group of people telling stories and belting out that signature laugh.
