What a wonderful tribute! I enjoyed reading about this great man, and listening to the obit.

My dad was an exceptional bricklayer too, and I really enjoyed your dads obituary!
wish he would have written more, seemed like my dad, who never had a job classified less than A+! Yes, life sure is built one brick at a time, he passed away in 1982. He was also a proud card carrying union bricklayer. May they be building a new gate to Heaven together. God Bless your family and Carl! Sigrid Kolehmainen

We didn't know Carl, but sounded like quite a good guy, we liked his advice and we enjoyed his self-written obituary. May his spirit live on in his family. Joe & Carol
