Remembering a "brother":
Carl was one of a kind, uniquely personable and caring with many friends. A hard worker, he loved construction and was creative in the way he went about getting things done. He enjoyed his time off and never worked when the banks were closed, the surf was good or it was his dogs birthday. He would help you however he could.

Carl was a big part of my life at one point. I have many happy memories of time spent with him and friends in Hatteras and skiing in the 70's and early 80's. The last time I saw him was at Tim's memorial service. I am saddened and sure he will be missed. Cecilia Sue Farmer-Selthun(Puchaty)
