Not sure what to say?

Carl, I learned this morning of your passing in speaking to your wife Marie. I was calling to express my condolences over David passing. I only learned yesterday about David. It was truly a pleasure to know the both of you. May you and David continue to RIP. You both are missed.

Mr. Foreman and Madam Marie were kind and generous to me and my family in Accra, Ghana in the 80's when they were stationed there. I can not thank them enough for their kindness to my wife and son when l left them in Ghana and immigrated to Canada in 1988. I will cherish and remember their visit to Ottawa in 2016. Thanks you for your generousity. RlP.

I had the honor to work with Carl for our Alma Mater Barber-Scotia College. The best decision was made when I appointed Carl to the National Alumni Executive Committee. Carl never failed in his commitment to support Barber-Scotia. In early October 2016, he and I talked about some wonderful ideas that he felt that...
