Connie & family:
I worked at Frascona Trucking in the office while Carl was there. He was always a gentleman. Later on, I prepared your income taxes. At some point I met you all. Carl has gone to a better world and was greeted by his parents with joy. Remember the joyous times you had together. My prayers are with you.

You were once my brother-in-law and then we were reunited many years later as friends with my new husband, George. I will always remember your big smile and your generosity. I always loved visiting you and Connie at your house in Southington. Rest in peace with your Mom, Linda, in Heaven. And as George would say to you, Semper Fi!

I knew Carl in high school and had talked to him over the phone a couple of years ago. He had a heart as big as one of those trucks he loved. Three of us who hung around together in high school joined the Marine Corps (separately) after graduation: Carl, Jim Grennan and me. Jim was stationed in Virginia and passed away some time ago. I spent most of my time on Okinawa. Carl was a good kid and a good man and though I am deeply saddened by his death, remembering our times together gladdens my...
