Not sure what to say?

I knew Carl for 20 + years and to this day I still tell friends and family little stories about Carl and my talks about every thing from shop projects to computers to cameras to cars, he always took time to speak to me,and time to listen .Carl always thought outside the box, often with humor, even in some hard times .This man (and his dad Mr.G)taught me things by example that I WILL NEVER FORGET...Bless You All.

I just found out about Carl's passing and as we celebrate our Christmas together we are thinking about Alice, Eugene, Nancy and all the family. I have thought of all of you often. May God bless you and keep you all safe!

I worked for A.G. for several years and it was always family atmosphere thanks to Carl and Eugene. People like Carl make this country great. He will be sorely missed. Our prayers to all his family and friends.

We just heard about Carl's passing and are deeply saddened by the loss. May God bless you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Alice and Family, plese know you have my deepest sympathy. May God grant you peace during this time of grieving and the knowledge that Carl is with his heavenly Father. I will always remember Carl's warm personality and his winnng smile. Keeping you in thought and heart. Dodie

I worked for 1 month at Atlanta Grotnes in 1990 and I have also been a guest of the Grotnes families (Carl, Eugene and Connie). I will always remember Carl as an enthusiastic and charismatic entrepreneur, as well as a loving husband and father. For me, then a student in engineering in France, he was a model of leader and entrepreneur.
I am very sad for Alice, Carl's Children (they were boys when I met Carl) and Carl's Parents.

Our hearts go out to you and your family in this very difficult time of your lives.

Alice and Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss and want you to know that Carl was a great man and loved by many. My time in the Sigma Chi house with Carl will never be forgotten. " All honor to his name".

We are very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. The Acree Family
