Carl O. Hallstrand

I grew up in the neighborhood and played baseball, football and basketball with Carl until I moved away in the fall of our soph years. Here was the group -- Ray Parks, Jim Whitson, Tim Johnson, Mel Fineberg and others -=- we won the Flint city baseball championship for 13 yr olds at Atwood Stadium defeating the dreaded Standard Cotton team that always won their age bracket. So sorry to hear of Carl's passing,Linda. We always remember what great friends you were to my Dad, and all the help Carl gave to him.

carl. I also worked with him at General Motors. He was a great guy. He was liked by everyone.
