When we get together, we speak of and remember you often and fondly. You are missed greatly Doc.

I miss you my friend.

Thinking of Carl´s family as the 10th anniversary of his passing comes close. I lost my Dad that same month and I know it still hurts all these years later not having him to call when something comes to mind or you just want to hear their calming voice. May the Hickman family always know that Carl was well loved in our community. We will continue to hold him dear in our memories.

He always had a positive attitude toward life. He was always so calm and giving with his nature. One of the best dentists I've been to.
I miss him deeply!

I remember you often. I will always remember you and the care your provided.

Carl was the best of the best. His broad smile and good old boy approach to dentistry will be greatly missed.

We believed not only that Dr. Hickman was the most wonderful dentist in all of the world, we felt he was also our friend. What a wonderful Christian gentleman he was. Our deepest sympathy to his family and staff.
