Carl presented my engagement ring to me in one of his beautiful desserts at Chez Jean many years ago. He was a fantastic man and I will always have fond memories of him! My deepest condolences to the family.

I was sad to hear about Carl. He was bigger than life and will be missed by everyone who knew him. My sympathy to the family.

Carl was a long and very dear friend to our husband and father, Robert Chaney. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I was truly saddened upon hearing of the passing of Carl....Affectionately known as "Dad" (@Barto Catering)...He always had a kind word....and sometimes funny story to tell....Me and my Husband offer the Huckaby Family our deepest sympany on the loss of your loved one....You will be in our hearts thoughts...and Prayers....May " Dad " forever R.I.J.A.
