Not sure what to say?

I don´t know if anyone who knows my father will ever see this, but this is his daughter, Holly. I´m 12 now, so its been quite a long time. In the 4th grade a guidance counselor at my school told our class "You can´t miss someone you never knew.".That is about the stupidest thing I have ever heard. It is completely wrong. I may have never gotten to know him, but I know he´s around. It´s something I think about a lot now. I miss him every day. He gave my mom a letter before he passed. I finally...

Another Christmas is coming and the loss of a friend is still present! Not as unbelievable as at first but still there just the same. Comfort comes now from fond memories and telling others little thoughts of him. Books or art or even a certain Deli sandwich can envoke the good times! Hope Carl is resting in heaven and that his burdens are none!! Still miss him dearly!

We are blessed to have a dear family and friends while on this earth, and once in a great while, someone extraordinary enters our lives - Carl was one of those people. We were very fortunate to be "Aunt Katheryn and Uncle Kenneth" to a darling little boy, who we watched grow into gracious, loving, kind man. Carl's family is very dear and special to us - we love you.

Being here in North Carolina, we don't get to see our Georgia family as much as we wish. Randy and Carl were very close back when they were younger and the family trips occured more frequently. Randy has many happy memories of the crazy, fun things he and Carl (and all the Stanley and Huddleston kids) did way back when. It is a shame that when we get older, we let that closeness go too easily for all the pressures and demands of the world.

We love all our family, near and far! You...

I have many fond memories of Carl from High School. He was a very nice guy who was very intellegent. I saw him at our 30 year class reunion and he looked great. He will be missed. My heart was saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family.

Carl was a good friend at Campbell High School. We shared many classes and had a lot in common. We was a good-hearted person then, and that's the type of basic attribute that doesn't change with time. I had not seen Carl in many years, and I am saddened by his passing. God Bless.

Ilove you baby.
Your Mama

Carl was a friend at Campbell High School. We shared a number of classes together our senior year. He was always a great person to engage in discussions on any topic, academic or otherwise. I was saddened by the news of his passing. I can still remember talking about our favorite physics teacher.

I haven't seen Carl since we graduated from high school, but was still saddened by the news of his passing. He was a great guy in those days. I am very sorry for your loss.
