Carl M. Ivery

I´m very sorry to read of Carl´s passing. I was fortunate to work with Carl at Washington Steel. He was such a kind, considerate gentleman and I always enjoyed talking with him. My sincere condolences to his family.

I had the honor and privilege to work with Carl (often shoulder-to-shoulder) on the "Casting Deck" at the mill. I never knew him to have a crossword towards anyone or use foul language at any time. In that respect, he was a better man than me. Carl was not one to complain or hold a grudge. He would go about work with a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eye.
