Carl Anthony JOHNSON

It was such a pleasure working with Carl. As a junior faculty at the University of Minnesota's School of Physics and Astronomy, I relied on the machinists in our machine shop to jump start my research. Carl was a great fountain of knowledge and professionalism. His work was impeccable. Even more importantly, he was always patient, and tremendously kind walking me through the intricacies of making things.

His smile, patience, and good nature will be thoroughly missed.
