Denny, my sympathy to the entire family on passing of your dad. while I only knew him casually and initially thru my gpa chastain, I and many others sledded down his famous hill many winters growing up in Oxford. may he rest in peace and you all be safe. greg scott

Denny, sorry hear of your loss. My Uncle Carl Chaffee talked a lot about your Dad when I visiting him while station in Texas and Louisiana.

I know it's been a long time but I think of your dad with his buzzcut and smile whenever I see an old Bronco. Yours was blue/white as I recall and if my recollection is off, I know our family get togethers are well remembered fondly.

My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Great-Great Grandfather. Your Great Grandfather Charles and my Grandmother Anna were brother and sister, which makes us third or fourth cousins I guess.
I grew up in Oxford and knew Mick very well, I always enjoyed being around him and talking with him, he was a most honorable and honest man, he and your Mother were close to my sister Joan.
