Not sure what to say?

Deepest sympathy to your family, especially to Carl´s sister, Sarah, and wife, Ann. Carl will always be remembered as an honorable and fun loving person. -Meg Moquin Hereford BSC 1975

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Carl Johnson. I have known him since 2013 when I became the assistant to the superintendent of Alabaster City Schools. I knew him to be soft spoken, kind and very approachable attorney for our school district. I heart breaks for the family and I wish you every comfort available by God's tender mercy and amazing grace.

Carl and I had many discussions at the mailbox during the years we were neighbors and he was a good friend to my mother while she was alive. I will certainly miss him.

As a retired Superintendent and Board of Education member in Anniston, I worked with Carl and Burgin for over 2 decades. Carl was a remarkable individual who helped me immensely. I am deeply saddened by his passing and extend my sincere sympathy to the family.

Ann: So sorry to hear of Carl's passing. Many prayers coming your way.

I offer my deepest condolences for this family. Carl was a trusted friend and colleague and will be greatly missed!

Carl worked with us for the entire 10 year period that I served on the Pelham Board of Education. The guidance, insights and knowledge that he shared with us in our formative years was so important and much appreciated. Beyond that, Carl was a wonderful person, I shall miss him a great deal. Dear Ann & Family: I offer my prayers and condolences at this difficult time.

As a Pelham City School Board member I loved working with Carl. He excelled at what he did and was a gentleman always kind and sharp as a tac. He will be missed!
