Carl Knecht

I always loved talking with Carl at family events, so he could share stories about my dad as a young man, decades before I was born and stories about growing up in the old family home in Lakewood. He seemed to enjoy telling them as much as I did hearing them. Quite a family historian and I'm going to miss him a lot. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, whom he loved dearly.

You will be deeply missed cousin! Peace to you and your family. Love you all.

Carl, I´ve been thinking about you a lot lately and just wanted to say thank you for always being there for me. So many of my favorite memories are with you-skiing down the slopes at white pass, spending lots of holidays and all those family vacations in Packwood. So so many memories I can´t put them all here. Those moments mean the world to me, and they wouldn´t have been the same without you there. I´m so blessed to have you as my brother. Love you tons.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved ones today and always. Carl Thomas was an amazing cousin and a legend for his kindness, compassion and expertise in construction. May all the wonderful memories be your comfort and blessings! Carl Thomas will be our angel as we move forward, never forgetting his love of family, handsome smile and twinkle in his eye! Watch over all of us who loved you so deeply!!
