Not sure what to say?

Dear Arline,
I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Kim - I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Lisa Abair Vuona

I was lucky enough to have Professor Koontz in undergraduate and graduate school. He was an excellent teacher, a dedicated professional, and most importantly a fine man.

Professor Koontz is a man I admired in many ways. At WPI he was an outstanding advisor, a phenomenal teacher and an inspiration for community service. He always gave more than he received. I knew him when I worked at Nick's and through his friendship with the Kervicks. He was a good and decent person to all.

Dear Arlene and family please know that my prayers are with you at this difficult time. I have such fond memories of our relationship at WPI and Koontzy truely had a positive influnce on my life and military career.

"Koontzy" was one of my closest friends while working in Worcester. A man of honor and integrity who could give sage advice as well as tell the greatest jokes. Our recent e-mails kept us in touch and I will miss him greatly.

Please accept my deepest sympathies in the loss of "Koontzy" - truly one of the nicest and smartest people I ever had the good fortune and pleasure to work for. He truly was one of a kind.

One of the best and a good friend. We will
miss you Carl and your e-mails.
